I adopted this little gem from a local no-kill shelter. My initial inclination was to name her after some famous blind person because she had her eyes removed (enucleation–look it up) when she was a very young kitten.

I am passionate about food and cooking (Brewer Cooks) AND I have an adorable cat that had her eyes removed when she was a very small kitten (BlindMinnie). We’ll wander back and forth between my cooking adventures and silly things that a beautiful little kitty does.
